out to anyone that wants it.

Please hold off on requests for sending the Handbook, AOL will not allow me
to send all that have requested the Handbook. I am setting up a single
purpose Yahoo Group with the Handbook in the files section, so you can download
each chapter at your own time and pace.

I will announce the name when it is all ready for downloading.
