Thanks everyone for the feedback.

I've set up a parameter to allow from 1/2 second to 63 seconds and I drop
down to 15% of power. The Armature does move but also returns to the
correct location on the first step and then makes the step. I'm working out
a different way of doing this so it won't move but will just run at lower
current.
