cheap dro

Hi,
I'm trying to build an inexpensive DRO for an inexpensive mill.

I've got an extra PC with monitor and am considering using Mach3 with a set of
scales.

Does anyone have a source for inexpensive scales with quadrature output? It's
not important if they are TTL level, as I can easily create a level shifter.
