This has been posted before, but reposting for the benefit of new members.
By following the links on the various URL's you will find tremendous amounts
of information.

Just before NAMES I made up a list of miscellaneous URL's for sending to
Rowland, and it was going to be handed out at NAMES. Due to server problems,
he did not get it, so I will post it here. Nothing special, just a variety
of things that I had on my favorite places, plus those that were sent to me
for inclusion.
Unfortunately do to problems with my computer I did not get to check each one
out, so some may be broken, but with these URL's and the contained links, a
lot of the newcomers will have a lot of information available.

This is a list of some of the URL's that I have found on the Internet, or
that have been sent to me by others. In most cases after you look at what
they have to
offer, be sure to take a look at the links that they have, as this can open
up many
more channels of information for you to follow up on. Some of the included
URL's
may not be online at the present time..Due to computer problems I was unable
to check them all.
For those doing Sherlines, try to find a copy of MAY thru August of Nuts and
Volts magazine, Dan Maush had an excellent article on converting a Sherline
Mill to CNC. Ron Ginger has an excellent site on converting a Sherline to
CNC, he approached the stepper mounting differently, and has a very
interesting CAM software that he wrote.
Hope this helps,
bill
