FWIW Google will do math and unit conversions.
Just put in the search window:
"convert 1 inch*pound-force to newton*meter gives"
"1 (inch * pound force) = 0.112984829 newton * meter" as a search result
"convert 1 inch* ounce/pound *pound-force to newton*meter" gives
"1 (((inch * ounce) / pound) * pound force) = 0.00706155181 newton * meter"
The trick here is that pound-force is the force unit corresponding to
newtons.
Ounce-force doesn't seem to be a recognized unit. So a conversion of
ounce/pound is used to convert oz-in to pound-force inches.
Another limitation is that electron-volts is not recognized as a unit of
energy.
This is called google calculator, it does straight math as well as unit
conversions. After it is used, a help button appears on the web page after
the results.
Have fun playing with it.
