FA on ebay, Elrod Machine CNC quill drive, New, never installed

Several years ago bought a Millport CNC knee mill, and the head was
frighteningly noisy. Not wanting possible downtime and fearing
something major, I bought a Servo mill head and was going to do a
straight swap, using the Elrod quill drive. Before I got around to
this, I discovered the problem wasn't any big deal and fixed it. This
quill drive has never been installed. Has the optional quick
disconnect which allows you to free the quill and use it manually.
