Hi Bill, Dave,
I never had my hands on the machine! At the time, I believe I was
assisting someone else in tracking down information on the router for
someone, I can't recall. I posted the pix for one who could not. email
messages around the posting date might be useful.
Dave's observations are quite accurate. The slides are standard
"rack-mount" stock. I believe they WERE supported at each end. Easy,
as there are tabs on the slides for use in rack mounting of equipment.
Check for rack mount suppliers, or surplus sources.
The article was well done as I recall, and appropriate for the light
duty job (was it PCB drilling?) outlined in Dan's article.
