I have posted D2nc version 1.0.1 at www.d2nc.com available for download.
Most of the feature requests I received have been implemented:
IJ absolute mode.
Selectable compensation strategy.
User settable colors for the shape display and background.
Shape detail display.
Other minor improvements.
