It could probably be decoded manually if you knew the format of the tape,
i.e. ascii, RS-xxx, etc. But, it'd be a long arduous process. Ask around,
if anybody has a KSR-33 Teletype available. Perhaps an old military
installation has one, yet. Maybe they could print out the contents of the
tape.
