Help with Blue Connecters on a G20

Has anybody had trouble with the blue connecter on the G20 drives. I had one
drive that would fault with the motor unhooked from the machine just
spinning with no load. changed the motors stil would fault change the drive
with a new one and the problem went away machine for 100hrs perfect. then
anouther axis started the same way but would fault then start up and jitter
and take off in one direction at full speed stop reverse at full stop and
run like its supposed to . I pulled the drive out to check the wires nothing
apeared to be loose.
put the drive back and it works fine. I had read in a thread some time ago
about the blue connecters. these drives are 4yrs old but just started to use
them this spring.
I have checked and change motors and wiring and connectors to the encoders
and still have the same problem till I pulled the drive and checked there
the blue connecter seemed to be tight but worked fine for 16hrs so far.
