6x26 / 8x30 CNC retrofit kits?

Hi - I have a Grizzly G1004 (the 8x30 floor standing version of the
common 6x26) and I'm thinking about a CNC conversion.
I'm interested in CNC conversion kits for the mecahnical end of
things, - my current thinking is that a kit might make this
paractical, if I have to engineer the ball screw conversions etc, it
becomes more cost effective to simply purchase more/different iron.
So, I'd appreciate any pointers to outfits that offer applicable
conversion kits.
