hi pk-
looks good - kind of similar to the ones being sold by the guy on ebay.
did yours also have a plain back (i.e. no punch-outs, etc.?)
Yep plain, powder coated Al back.
i was
thinking of going the computer 2/3/4U cases, but prefer a separate box
for drives, etc..
You'd get a xylotex in a 1RU case if you could fit a PSU in there..
we have the xylotex config inside a 2u case with mb, etc.. for the x2
mill: <http://www.fignoggl
<http://www.fignoggle.com/machines/x2mill/fignoggle_2Uinside.jpg>
e.com/machines/x2mill/fignoggle_2Uinside.jpg>
OK, I get it, PC and drives in one box. Nice from a marketing point of view,
as it looks simpler from the outside.
with our proto cnc vertical mill, we're thinking of putting all the
driveware inside a separate box..
I guess it depends on whether you want to bundle with a PC or not.
Cheers
PK
thanks for that pic!

yahoo.com/group/jobshophomeshop I consider this to be a sister site to the
CCED group, as many of the same members are there, for OT subjects, that are
not allowed on the CCED list.
