I would start conservatively with a " mounted router " ... aluminum doesn[t
work harden much, so how about starting with 1/2 thousands per cutting tooth
per revolution ........, and 1/2 diameter of tool deep. that will probably
kick out a lot of Al-tinfoil, but heck that's what routers do ....

If everything feels and sounds smooth, you could work up to 1 thousandsth
per cutting tooth per revolution, and 1 diameter deep.

That doesn[t sound like much, but it will be moving right along. the limit
probably will be your rigidity of the mounting;also real small router pins
( 1/8 inch... ) have very little " body " left, because it takes big flutes
to clear the chips ...

I like MA Ford routing burrs and cutters ... be sure your cutter pin
allows plunging, if you are going to be plunging.
