This user group created by Wordtext Systems Inc. is a fellowship of
various individuals representing the Autodesk community in the
Philippines.

It will provide online interaction with the users of Autodesk
products in the Philippines and deliver the voice of the local user
community to Autodesk, thus assisting Autodesk in product
development and giving users a say in the process.

It will also help establish and promote a community of volunteer

Technical Support and Service Group

WSI Technical Center is an authorized repair and service center for
all product lines carried by WSI. Its team of engineers undergoes
regular training and examinations with WSI's principals to keep them
updated. Currently, all of WSI's engineers are certified to act for
and in the behalf of its principals to do consulting, repairs and
services on their products. The Technical Support and Service Team
has four Pre-Sales Engineers and nine Post-Sales Engineers to cater
to its resellers and endusers requirements. Six Customer Service
Representatives are in house to facilitate consulting, support and
services needs.
