Not that I am a great fan of bobcad but it will do a dxf tool path by
selecting individual or all elements with proper Gcode output and I didn't
see pricing lower than 495 and went to 6000 so I don't see much of a pricing
difference with onecnc. I think that if you keep it simple there are free
programs that will generate toolpath.
