AutoCAD DXF into Solid Edge Part file

I need to take a DXF which I can open in Solid Edge Draft and transfer
this into a sketch in Solid Edge Part. Is there an easy way to do this
The help files while voluminous dosen't seem to cover this sort of
translation.
