Dolphin CAD/CAM is a free CAD program. The CAM cost but you may download our free CAD. It's very helpful. www.cadcamconsultants.net. Then click on Level 3 milling and follow the procedure.

No, sorry this version is now a 30 day demo, it was free and the old Intellicad 2000 was it's title but it looks to have been removed from all web sites.

ProgeCAD is also based on the intellicad engine and their LT version still is free.
