Looks like e-groups is finally taking this seriously. I just got the

If you could let me know the dates you were having the problems, or message
numbers you did not receive, and also the email addresses of the other
members who had the similar situations. Did you receive any error messages
at all on the days this happened? And is it still happening? Let me know
this information and I can research the matter further.
