Hi Zahid,

if you use pins 2 thru 9 as step and direction, that is the best use
for your high speed outputs.

pins 1, 14,16 and 17 as low speed outputs such as spindle ON and
coolant, and pins 10,11,12,13 and 15 as your inputs from end and home
switches, you would be on a good start.

from there, you need to configure what the pins do in the software.
each pin can be high or low.
