Hi Robert,

not quite sure what you wan't to make or in what quanties. However having worked in the Rapid Prototyping field at a Regional Technology here in the UK. their are several options you could look into :

Investment Casting
One off sacrifial master could be manufactured using 3D printing (Thermojet or similar)
Larger quanties say 10 plus from Silicon Tooling and Wax patterns.

Small volume production from Aluminium tooling - wax pattern - cast in brass
