Trimming Messages

gentlemen, it is time for all of us to get back to trimming our inclusions
in our messages, if you look at the message below, you can tell by the arrows
that this is the 4 th time around for the same inclusion in a message.
Pleas highlight just what is needed, keep the correct subject line, and cut
and paste, or what ever your program requires, BUT TRIM THE MESSAGES.
