I selected Crydom solid state relays for the wonderboard project. They are
available from DigiKey in a variety of configurations and capacity.
The one you need is Crydom # CX24005 (DigiKey # C-1063-ND) which sells for
$9.02. This unit requires 3-15 VDC to fire and will handle 280 VAC at up to
5A.
I have assumed you require AC switching. If not, DC configurations are also
available.
