Hello,
Interesting question... What accuracy level is required of the
eccentric portions of the part(s)?
Because there is a huge difference in a setup for a crankshaft and
one for a sprinkler fitting with an offset to the spray head...
Expen$ive lathe (with vector drive) and/or live tooling will likely
be part of the an$wer in either ca$e...
