Hello:
They may have already mailed you a manual. In the past I have gotten the manuals in the mail from Compumotor prior to the email
response, or no response at all. In one case nothing happened at all, and I called them on their tech line.
They'll send you a manual at no charge...very nice support, although the knowledge level about the older products can be thin...some
of the products have been around longer than the employees!
