My X-Y table is built from 6061 aluminium except the top T-slot table
is made of carbon steel. The design is more suitable for non ferrous
steel. The current accuarcy is achievable within .001" (.025mm)
Previously, when i generate the g-code manually it will take half a day.
and often crashed due to input error.
but now, i can do it in a few minutes, draw it on the screen with
designcad, Using mastercam lathe to run the path and generate the g-
code. It's what you see and what you get from the screen, no mistake
made.
