need help to restart an old cnc lathe

Heli! every body
I want to make request to the experiennced members of the group to
help me bringing an old KITAMURA KNC-50 CNC lathe with 2 TA FANUC
control in operation. This machine has been lying more than 3year
unused/powered off. Now when we tried to restart it, looks that plc (
KOY-KOSTAC) has lost its memory, this fault might be due to uncharged
batteries. Please guide what to do, where and how I can get programe
the plc. I will be highly obliged for all advices. Is there any member
has operational manuals for lathe and plc? Thanks
