Just for reference, the Microproto system I bought and retrofitted to
the same mill, on the same computer, and told to run a 4x8-inch, .0625
tool diameter, 1% stepover, 3-inch deep, .001-increment pocketing
program, just finished...with all three dial indicators within <.001 of
where they should be. That is more useful tool movements in a couple
days than I got in FOUR YEARS with Supertech's stuff.
Consider this a ringing endorsement of Microproto.
