File>Import menu

I want to load a DXF file into Mach3 (Version R2.3) as described in
the manual. However, I don't see the Import option on the File menu
dropdown. All that is listed are...

Load G-code
LazyCam
Close File(s)
Exit

What am I doing wrong?
