Advice for building CNC

Hi,

I am new to the group and new to milling in general. I would like to
build a CNC mill, and have been doing some reading and have narrowed it
down to the Sieg X2 or the X3 (Actually the Grizzly or Harbor Freight
models.) Does anyone have any advice on which would be easier to start
with?

Next thing is that I would like to find a decent CNC kit for it. I
don't know enough about machining to make the parts to do it myself.
Any recommendations?
