I got the important ones of the body where one makes the clamps.

but one I would like to have is the diameter of the head. if I make a
set of brackets to hold the router, but wanted to have a section that
is wider for the ball screw to pass by the head section.

If the main body is 3.5", and that is the gripping area, the plastic
head with brushes or controls or whatever, will be larger and
interfere with the leadscrew.
