> I am wondering if it would be worth my time and effort to go to the CNC Workshop in Galesburg. I have a Bridgeport Mill and a Lebond Lathe that I have run off of TurboCNC and Mach2. They are the only machines I have seen with a diy control sure would like to see some body else's machines to see what I have all done wrong. Who all goes there? Is there a fee? Any Information anybody could give me would be appreciated. ThanksI think its a great place to meet and talk to other guys doing CNC

projects. I missed last year, but the year before there were almost 200
guys there and we learned a lot. There were also some other demos on
anodizing and investment casting that were well worth the effort.
There is usually a fee, about $100. Roland is working on an agenda now
and says the web site will be updated soon. I know the EMC guys are
already well into a detailed agenda.
Brian Barker, who now runs the Mach software business plans to be there.
I will be binging a machine for him, either a small mill or router and I
will be bringing my newly built Compact 5 Lathe. I expect to do a
seminar on the Mach wizards.
