I also have a puma 560 that I plan on getting running. I will probably
end up making my servo amps.. Something pretty close to this (I have
not tested it yet totally)

It takes pwm-up/pwm-down.
You wouldn't happen to know the current for each servo? I know they
are 48v according to the manual... but I don't see max currents for
each servo...

I will be using emc2 to run it..
(I was playing with vismach within emc modifying the existing puma sim)
