More info,
While I got to the site from work (and home), I didn't see the MENU on
the left hand side at work. At work I apparently didn't have the "flash
4" (don't even know what it is). From home, the site didn't ask for it,
and I see the "menu" on the left. So now if we knew what "flash 4" was.
