logging dro values

Hi everybody,

I would like to record measures that are made with a digital scale.
A digital Readout like this, for example :

They have an output to plug external display.

So I'm wondering how can this be connected to usb. (Are some interfaces availables ?)
Then, which software is able to record values.
(I juste need few measures per second).
