ATC draw bar for R8 spindles that move up and down

I have seen a few designs for R8 ATCs that use the Tormach TTS tooling.All
were designed for use on machines where the whole power head moved up and down
on a dovetazil slide after the tool rack was moved into postion for the pickup
or releasing of the tool. That system wouldn't work on a round column mill
drill where the spindle and quill go up and down because the mechanism of the
power draw bar needs the quill to be up and the tool rack is down.
Additionally, it wouldn't work on many of the Bridgeport clones that use R8
tooling with drawbars and other similar machines
Has anyone seen a powered draw bar that will release the tormach tooling
requardless of quill position?
