If you are using Mach3 for your G code interpreter then why not create a wizard for the panel design. I think there would be quite a few interested in it like me. I too design or modify quite a few of the panels that I make but usually end up pulling up a sililar item I drew and modifying it.
Inn the wizard uyou could layout the material, length, width and thickness. The cutting tool diameter. The have a list of various panel opening. You can go to mach3 turn and open the wizard for turning and see the various types of cuts a an example but substitute the various panel openings.
