DC Drive

I need some help. I bought a KBMM-225D (9451) off Ebay. It was sold as
used, but appears to be new old stock. It came in the box and included
the potentiometer and a bunch of crimp on terminals in a plastic bag.

I got the power resistor and fuses OK. But the PDF manual I found online
tells me to set a couple of jumpers and I can't find any on the board!
There is a diagram showing where they are supposed to be, but they
aren't there.

Does anyone have an older manual?
