I think they sell the diamond-tipped points, and you should be able to
make a simple
holder for it that fits in a conventional machine collet or drill chuck.
I made a very simple spring-loaded ballpoint pen tool for proving out
CNC programs when I first started. The design would be pretty similar,
I think.
