Billet Head

Don't have a CNC mill yet, got all manual stuff. Got a guy helping me to
draw up my idea in 3D from Denmark. Not very good at 3D Cad yet. Want to make
a Universal Billet Head, with both Single Plug & Dual Plug Inserts, that
will work on 580/587/650/657 Seadoo/Rotax Jet Skies,
521/580/582/583/617/670 Skidoo/Rotax Snowmobiles, and 532UL/582UL/618UL Rotax Ultralight engines.
I live in Ames, IA.
Inserts will be simular to these.
The ends, and sides, of the Billet Shell will be simular to this.
The Top will be simular to this layout.
The Shell, will look more like this, with the boss's added to the ends.
The inside will look simular to this shell.
