Stepper motor pinout?

Howdy All! I have come across an anomaly that I need your collected
wisdom to decipher.
I have a stepper made by Oriental Motor ~3 3/8" or 85 mm dia with 6
leads, the label says 2.1ohm .4A/phase .72 degrees/step. Easy money so
far. When I put the ohmmeter on the leads to suss out the coils I find
that 1 lead is 2.1ohms to the other 5 leads. And the other 5 are all
4.1ohms from each other. This doesn't look like any coil topology I've
seen before.
This stepper came out of a working piece of machinery so I don't suspect
that any of the coils are bad. But I am baffled. Any ideas? I was really
looking forward to driving my 4th axis with beast.
TIA
