My friends, I apologize in advance for the rant. PLEASE take this as a notice, not a topic for discussion.

the new yahoo changes REQUIRE you to accept their new terms of service.

the underlying legal reason is simple and arguably political. here is the paragraph taken from their terms of service

"You understand that through your use of the Yahoo Services you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the applicable privacy policy) of this information, including the transfer of this information to the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by Yahoo and its affiliates."

If you have comments or want to discuss, it MUST be off list.

You can go here and vote on your opinion of the new Yahoo. You are allowed
41 votes, 3 votes maximum on your opinion of some of the complaining
letters, and it appears that you can vote again the next day with a new 41
votes, at least my available votes were renewed. Please vote your opinions.
