need help on cnc conversion

Hey guys

I am new here, I am looking for some help on converting my mill to cnc. I just picked up
3 older torque systems servos with digital encoders, and 3 torque systems amplifers pa601.  I also have mach3 software, I guess that is a start. My issue is that I am not sure on a breakout board.  Also I think I am going to need a control board. I am sure I need more but I am stumped on what else I am going to need. So if some one could lead me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
