That's great if you can get it to work, we all like to see things getting more portable and more affordable. The only downside I can see is we are to a point where the software costs more than the hardware. That is unless Windows 10 is free and remains free and I'm not one to put much faith behind a Windows product.
Even the old Windows 7 is still selling at over $80 bucks a copy and that's too much for those of us that just want a simple computer to run our CNC machines.
I'd much rather see a native Rasberry Pi2 operating system running the smooth stepper or something else that's open sourced. You don't see many 3d printers being run on Windows operating systems and they are basic CNC machines at heart.
