Hi LesterHave a look at Roborealm.com as a machine controller. While it's a highly capable vision system, it lends itself well to machine control, you being able to run scripts, as well as put and manipulate all manner of things on the screen for a GUI.I/O can be handled via ethernet, serial or USB.RegardsRoland
