Try free, "librecad", or it's commercial version QCad. It works
on Linux, Mac, and Winders. I hear you can now get a CAM add
on to their commercial version. No docs come with the free
version, but lots of tutorials on youtube. Simplest, easy to
use CAD package I've seen so far. Before I forget, it's 2.5-D.
