Gorton mill

Hi folks,

I've stumbled across a Gorton vertical mill. I think the
model number is 8 1/2 D (?). It's sitting outdoors sort of
half covered with a tarp, and very dirty, greasy, rusty,
etc. Can anyone give me a clue about how to tell if it's a
candidate for a CNC conversion or just scrap iron?
