Thanks for the replies folks.
I can accept that they can run out but there has been a couple of posts
from people who ordered after me and have either received theirs or at
least the order has gone though.
Even if they had run out a reply to one of the three emails I sent would
have been at least something.
I know that they ship to the UK as the shipping was listed as extra and one
of the UK listee's has had some.

If anyone is passing their store could they please throw a brick through
their window for me.?
