how does one size a stepper

I have just got 5 steppers and are 4.5vdc how do I figure out what
the oz hp on them.Is there a formula to do this.
I just got them from Princess Auto here in Canada
2 deg per step size 4.5" X 4.5" X 4.75"===== Weight is 3.3 lbs
