If the Mae motor is the HY200-3437-400A8. Then the motor rated is as follow
Unipolar drive 366 oz in, 4A per phase max bus voltage is 90, phase
resistance .85 ohms inductance is 2.6 mH
if used as a bipolar series connected then
475 oz in 2.86 A max bus voltage is 90 resistance 1.9 ohms 10.4 m H
if wired as a bipolar parallel then
475 oz in 5.6A per phase max bus voltage is 90 and the resistance is .43
ohms and inductance is 2.6 mH
Jon was right about the 90V being the max voltage rating the motor would
take.
If the motor works fine on CNCPRO then I would say the problem lies with the
software. Why? because EMC has some tricky settings and when viewed on a
scope the pulses are not very even. But I have gotten EMC to run stepper up
to 90 IPM. So I think the problem could be as simple as finding the right
settings for the ini file.
But that can take some time.
