low cost glass scales?

New to the list,
Sorry If this question has been asked to death.......
Does anyone have a source for low cost glass scales
in the 3-10um res. category, QTTL ? No, not Teledyne,
Accurite, or Analam, too expensive. I know there are
companies in Taiwan and India that make them.
Any import sources in the USA? I have seen examples of
the India product. The quality seems good.
